Data processing is carried out as follows:

- Data are stored in archives managed via information technology systems and applications that are subject to minimum security measures as per Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

- Information may be accessed by the Administration Department, Sales Department, Invoice Audit Department, Subcontract Department and Quality Control Department.

- Information may also be accessed by staff working in other companies that cooperate with BTP SPA for specific projects.

- Processed personal data shall not be disclosed outside the Company for purposes other than what stated above.

Subject to the aforementioned purposes, personal data conveyance on behalf of suppliers is necessary to enable the Company to tender for contracts, to manage administration and tax audit procedures (limited to subcontractors).

Supplier's refusal to personal data processing shall determine an immediate interruption of any business relationships.

Conveyed data may also be disclosed to other persons expressly involved in data processing, subject to the terms and conditions of the task so assigned to said persons.

Data subjects are entitled to the rights contained in art. 7, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, which can be exercised according to conditions provided in articles 8 and 9 of the same Decree.

Data processing holder is our Company, through its legal representative.
