Foreword
In compliance with provisions contained in Legislative Decree no. 196/03 on Personal Data Protection, the following policy shall apply to BTP S.p.A.'s processing of personal data conveyed by clients in the framework of their present and/or possible future business relationships with the Company.

Personal data source
Personal data acquired by the Company in the framework of its business relationships with clients shall be conveyed directly by the interested party (clients). Each and all data so collected shall be processed in compliance with law provisions in force and, in any event, subject to the confidentiality requirements.

Purpose of data processing
The sole purpose of data collection and processing is to properly honour any obligation related to and connected with corporate economic activities, with particular regard to: drafting of agreements; fulfilment of any obligations toward the interested party deriving from executed agreements; fulfilment of any obligations toward either public or private bodies arisen in relation to or connection with executed agreements; compliance with law provisions.
Data processing is also carried out for business purposes via the use of clients' e-mail addresses.

Data processing procedure
Subject to the aforementioned purposes, personal data shall be processed through manual, electronic and/or computing systems that are strictly related to and connected with said purposes and that are fully compliant with law provisions with particular regard to security and confidentiality requirements.

Compulsory data conveyance
Personal data conveyance on behalf of clients is necessary to enable the Company to fulfil its legal obligations, with particular regard to tax law provisions. Client's refusal to personal data processing shall determine an immediate interruption of any business relationships with the Company. Personal data processing shall not therefore require any explicit consent on client's behalf.

Conveyance and disclosure
Personal data conveyed by clients and processed by the Company may be disclosed to other companies to the purpose of fulfilling economic activities of various nature (business activities, data management, information systems management, insurance covers, bank intermediation, brokerage, factoring, shipments, dispatch of correspondence, credit recovery), or of complying with law provisions (accounting firms, law firms). Personal data shall not be divulged to general public.
Personal data may be disclosed to the Data Processing Office Manager and BTP S.p.A.'s personnel in charge of data processing operations

Data subject's rights
The interested party can apply to the Privacy Policy Service in order to check his/her personal data and request any integration, update or amendment thereof, as well as exercise any other right as per art. 7 of the Code (reported in the Privacy area of the website www.btpspa.it)."
