Privacy policy applied to résumés

• Personal data shall be processed by our Office through electronic and/or paper filing systems and, in any case, within the scope of purposes that are strictly related to and connected with the company's activities. In particular, data processing is aimed at assessing potential business collaborations.

• After being filed in our Office, conveyed data shall be strictly kept in our archives. Applicants are in any case entitled to withdraw their employment application and request the deletion of their personal data from our archives, thereby interrupting any follow-up to their application.

• Pursuant to art. 4, par. 1, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, data deletion or destruction is governed likewise any other operation falling within the framework of "personal data processing". In this regard, conveyed data will be kept in our archives for a maximum period of 10 years before being deleted or destroyed; your consent thereto is required as well.

• Conveyed data may be disclosed to site managers (including building sites managed by Temporary Associations of Enterprises or Consortia made up of companies controlled by BTP SPA).

• Conveyed data may also be disclosed to other persons expressly involved in data processing, subject to the terms and conditions of the task so assigned to said persons.

• Conveyed data shall not, in any event, be circulated or divulged abroad.

• In any case, data subjects are entitled to the rights contained in art. 7, Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (whose text is enclosed herewith), which can be exercised according to conditions provided in articles 8 and 9 of the same Decree.

• Data processing holder is our Company, through its legal representative.

• Data Processing Office Manager's data are regularly updated and can be accessed on our website www.btpspa.it.
